Recently, a major law firm was shocked to learn that the people it hired to work in its word processing center were, in effect, stealing services from temps and temp agencies. This law firm learned that the people it hired to work in its word processing center were having temps come in allegedly for training and the firm's employees were then billing the firm's clients for the word that the temps did during the alleged training. In addition, this law firm was shocked to learn that the people it hired to work in its word processing center were systematically lying about who passed the company's test for word processing operators. The company learned that the people it hired to work in its word processing center were claiming that people they liked passed the test and claiming that people they didn't like didn't pass the test. |
